Return Policy and Warranty

Harmonicas are NON-returnable and NON-refundable due to health regulations and established practices.

Your new Hohner harmonica comes with two warranties: 1.) a manufacturer’s warranty and 2.) a Harmonica Gallery warranty.

First, please consult the Hohner Warranty if your new harmonica is defective. If you are within Hohner’s warranty period—90 days (3 months) for Diatonic Harmonicas and 6 months for Chromatic, Tremolo, Octave, and Orchestral Harmonicas—you will need your sales receipt or digital receipt as proof of purchase when you call their Toll-Free number to request Return Authorization.

Second, Harmonica Gallery offers an extended warranty that essentially doubles the Hohner Warranty period. Harmonica Gallery will repair manufacturing defects in Diatonic Harmonicas for an extra 3 months and Chromatic, Tremolo, Octave, and Orchestral Harmonicas for an additional 6 months. Only Harmonica Gallery customers are eligible for the extended warranty.
