There are customarily two different minor harmonica tunings, Natural (NM) and Harmonic (HM). The difference between these two tunings are found in the draw chord as follows:

• C Natural Minor scale: C, D, Eb, F, G, Ab, Bb, C (draw chord is G minor, minor 5 chord)
• C Harmonic Minor scale: C, D, Eb, F, G, Ab, B, C  (draw chord is G7, dominant 5 chord)
